The Wellbeing Project is focused on both modeling support to social change leaders, and cultivating a shift in the culture of the field toward one that is healthier and supportive of inner wellbeing. The project is co-created with Ashoka, Esalen, the Fetzer Institute and Synergos. Through initial research, we saw that a huge thread and need that exists in our field for greater support for personal / inner development.  We also saw that this had a profound connection to the work and movements we all care about.  Essentially, as people did their own work, our own qualities as human beings came through more powerfully: love, hope, strength, vulnerability, love, empathy, courage to name a few.  And this connected to the way people worked, including for instance the ability of people / institutions to truly build movements. This session is about exploring what we are hosting at the Wellbeing Project, as we all look to shift the culture in our field to better support us all.
